As a certified B Corp, Secrid is committed to leading by example with a strong mission. The company produces locally in the Netherlands, assembles in social workshops, and neutralizes its CO2 emissions. Driven by creativity, an interest in people and a holistic approach to design, which has led their vision of product development, called the "Industrial Evolution".
For their retail concepts, we developed a strategy to integrate communication that shares Secrid's philosophy and the story behind their products, highlighting how they align with the company’s core values.

To support the kick-off of Secrid's own offline retail expansion, we worked closely to develop a strategic vision by defining the roles of monobrands, SiS, and multibrands. We also created a custom Shop-in-Shop concept that reflects Secrid’s mission and values, bringing them to life in-store.

For the Shop-in-Shop concept, we created a modular design with detailed proposals for fixtures, clear product group presentations, and a communication plan that integrates Secrid’s philosophy and values in the retail environments. We also emphasized seasonal product displays, branding, and efficient high-volume storage, ensuring the space is easy to navigate and shop independently.

Secrid, a global brand, is new to being a retailer themselves with just one store. Secrid believes that sustainability begins with the longevity of their products, therefor their Brandstores also offers repairs. Additionally, the general guideline is simple: every new product must be better than the previous generations.
Sometimes this is visible, think of a new material, but there are also a lot of improvements that you cannot see, like the inside of their Cardprotector. We made the invisble more visible by effectively communicating the company’s commitment to a broader audience.
